Rent is $700 per person per room so I am only renting to individuals who are ok with sharing the space with others .
Priority couples or friends who want to rent each bedroom .
There is two levels and each level has 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen space .
I am only looking for 4 people total to rent .
Utility will be shared among the 4 renting the home .
