This home is set in a beautiful nature preserve with a scenic walking trail. In this quiet and secure space you will have the upstairs of the home to yourself with a *private bed room & bathroom, a comfortable bed, a small desk/workspace. You'll have laundry facilities, garage parking, access to a shared kitchen. There is a small gym in the basement that you are free to use. The home is shared with only one other female and two friendly small dogs. They will be gated off from your space but it is essential that you are comfortable with dogs.
Qualifications:
-3x gross income of the rent cost
-No UD's or criminal record as outlined in MN housing guidelines
-Credit check, Rental and Income verification required
