Also, very close to Augsburg University and University of MN -- making it a great spot for students!

Still looking for a new housemate to move in to home in Seward neighborhood!
You would live with me and one other female.
We are both working professionals in our 30s.
Looking for someone in their mid to late 20/s or 30s who is friendly, calm, clean, outgoing, social ( but also recognizes spaces necessary for oneself) strong communication skills, respectful, and enjoys communal living.
We like to do house meals or events/ activities together and looking for someone who is interested in joining us in this way as well. It is much more fun when you live with people who can become a friend! We currently have a communal feel to the house.
House is located in residential area of Seward neighborhood but near the Mississippi River, U of MN campus, restaurants, bus lines, bike trails, grocery stores, and easy access to downtown Minneapolis and the highway. House has a beautiful yard, garage, enclosed porch, 1 full bath and a 1/2 bath, 4 bedrooms, laundry in the basement, and lots of storage space.
Must like cats as I have 2 friendly ones. No other pets at this time please.
Rent for a room is $675 or $700 with access to the garage for a car.
Background check required and preference given for longer term , at least 1 year. Security deposit ( one months rent) required at time of move in.
