Now Hiring: Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant / Finance Manager

Company: Multiple Businesses (Healthcare, Retail, and Service Industries)
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (Hybrid or Remote Considered)

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Bookkeeper, Accountant, and Finance Professional to oversee the financial operations of multiple companies.

Responsibilities:

• Full-charge bookkeeping and accounting for multiple businesses
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Prepare and file business and personal tax returns
• Coordinate with CPAs, auditors, and government agencies
• Prepare financial reports and business budgets
• Assist with loan applications and financing packages
• Communicate and negotiate with banks and other financial institutions
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide financial advice and strategic planning to support business growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and finance
• Strong knowledge of tax preparation and financial reporting
• Experience working with multiple businesses and entities
• Extensive experience dealing with banks, lenders, and business financing
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Preferred Experience:

• Healthcare industry accounting (PCA, Waiver Services, Adult Day Care)
• Business loan applications and SBA financing
• Multi-company accounting and financial management
