Job Summary

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

  • Schedule appointments and maintain front desk calendars

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

  • Support administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, inventory tracking)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in customer service or office administration is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
