We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Truck Supervisor to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food environment and can handle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food truck operations
• Prepare and cook menu items according to instructions
• Serve customers and provide excellent customer service
• Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions
• Manage inventory and place supply orders when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assist with opening, setup, and closing of the food truck
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous food service or food truck experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and organized
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred
